Clients benefit from his expertise in operational strategy, process transformations, operations & supply chain improvement and performance management. Gianluca has successfully led Performance Improvement projects with particular focus on the Luxury & Fashion industries where he assists global firms in carrying out improvement & innovation programs. His industry experience also concerns transportation, retail, consumer products, and business and outsourcing services.
Gianluca is contract professor at Università Cattolica (Italy) and holds a Master in Supply Chain & Operations from MIP - Politecnico of Milan (Italy) and a Bachelor in Business Administration from LIUC University in Castellanza (Italy).
Alessandro has more than 20 years of experience in Business Consulting & Digital Transformation.
He brings into our clients a clear and deep understanding of complexities and improvement opportunities, based on his large experience gained in different sectors ranging from Banking and Private Equity to TLC, Media & Entertainment.
Alessandro has successfully led numerous strategic projects, transformation programs, organization rightsizing and is considered a thought leader in Digital Innovation, supporting very complex organizations to adopt and capitalize for the introduction of digital culture and tools.
Alessandro Vietri holds a degree in Economics from Milan's Università Cattolica e del Sacro Cuore.

He can leverage more than 30 years of experience gained as top manager in the Travel & Transportation industry, as senior advisor in the strategy and operations consulting field and as a successful entrepreneur.
Moreno can leverage a deep knowledge and project experience in complex Business Unit set-up, Process and Organization re-engineering and optimization, Design & Execution of Change Management strategies, Innovation for Organization improvement.
He has successfully advised public and private clients in the area of HR/Organizational Performance Improvement, with particular focus on the Transportation and Services industries where he assisted global firms in carrying out Turnaround, PI & Innovation projects in many areas from service operations to corporate services.
Moreno has a Bachelor of Statistical & Demographic Science from University La Sapienza in Rome (Italy), where he collaborated as Operational Research Department Director for Organizational Innovation Programs.

Laura has over 20 years of experience in leading change projects. She holds a degree in Business Administration and began her career as a finance analyst at Hewlett Packard; later she joined Jabil Circuit and carried out different roles in Planning and Purchasing areas. Since 2005 Laura works as a consultant driving Business Process Reengineering programs with focus on Supply Chain, Operations and Finance. She successfully supported organizations in preparing and implementing Change Management projects and introducing ERP solutions from start to end. She gained experienced in different sectors such as fashion, engineering design, logistics, personal care services and manufacturing (plastic molding, valve actuation, aluminium extrusion dies, food).
Laura is certified as Project Management Professional (PMP® by PMI) and since 2000 holds the Certification in Production and Inventory Management from the worldwide reference company in the Supply Chain Management area (CPIM by APICS).
Riccardo is a manufacturing & Supply chain expert with about 10 years experience in Kanban systems, Production Planning, Material flow & Tracking. As project manager, he led Lean programs to reduce costs, not value added activities and coordinate Change
management programs to improve Operations.
Riccardo, certified Lean&Six Sigma Green Belt, supervised different Supply Chain projects with primary focus in Automotive, Machinery and Industrial fields. He has developed a specific expertise in the Fashion & Luxury sector by leading industrial transformation projects, to improve and digitalize industrial culture and operations.
Riccardo holds a Master in Supply Chain & Operations from MIP - Politecnico of Milan (Italy) and is graduated in Industrial Engineering, University of Bologna (Italy)

As Project Manager she leads programs of Process Improvement, Cost Reduction and Change Management coordinating client’s resources to achieve business goals developing plans, tools, strategies, economic and financial analysis. Moreover, she has obtained a specific expertise on Sustainability Report and Real Estate projects for SMEs.
